  1. @Bernie, @Zdenko

    Question: Why these SNPs marked as red - changed (all under FT9301)?

    => BY182167 20091831 G C
    => BY51714 20278696 G T

    I remember it since at least Jan-2020, and neither location, nor alleles, nor parent SNP changed.
    Or there is some change, which is not reflected on the tree?

    And yes => FT89045 7406951 T G => this is 100% new.

    PS. My concern is, because I am positive for all these SNPs.

  2. I don't know the answer, Zdenko creates these trees. Maybe it's a small error, maybe Zdenko used an old version of the tree as the template for this update, and he didn't remove the red color.

  3. Hello Andrii,you are right.
    BY182167 and BY51714 are not marked in red, their boxes are marked in red by my mistake
