    How is it possible that according the family tree on the same male line one descendant (male) is M-26 and another descendant (male) is F-1295?

    I-M26 includes the more specific I-F1295 branch. Probably the man called I-F1295 paid more money for extra testing. Probably both men are I-F1295.
